"Our" metropolitan was Moscow metropolitan. It is impossible to imagine that some other metropolitan traveled through the territory the Grand Duchy of Vladimir, collected money on this territory (including Moscow itself) – and they knew nothing about it in Moscow and did not take any measures.
Along with this, "our" metropolitan could travel to the territory under the jurisdiction of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and also have property affairs there, collect cash contributions.
