Today we have a big and very positive one : Congress passed a last-minute midterm budget for government agencies, and now their shutdown has been delayed until March 1, 2024.
It turns out that American politicians are not kidding when they say that they have to take care of the security of the United States first of all. But it seems to me that the greatest danger for the United States comes from those politicians themselves. Well, I remember Jules Verne’s novel "The Floating Island", I read it once in my youth (January 18, 2024 at 8:05 am).

Yesterday , that future peace with Russia must include Russia’s nuclear disarmament. The statement was made so far at a not very high level (Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Gavrylyuk), but this seems to be the first government statement on this topic. Before that, there were only conversations between observers and commentators.
Should we consider this a consequence of the meeting in Davos, where our peace formula was discussed? (January 21, 2024 at 7:50 am).

Yabu-town cannot be located. This name in the jarlyks should be considered a misunderstanding, a translation error, or a corrupted name that cannot be reconstructed.
