Thanks description is detailed enough we can compile a fairly detailed itinerary of travel. We present it with maximum of details for reference.
Locations that Paul recorded in phonetic way, was primarily decrypted in the Murkos' translation with indication of matches that were pursued in the late 19 century. These transcripts practically unobjectionable, so in our list are placed they (not the original writings of Paul). Many of the names without any problems can be found on contemporary maps: yes, I used for Turkey general geographic map measure 1 cm: 20 km, for Romania – general geographic map measure 1 cm: 25 km, for Ukraine – regional geographic maps measure 1 cm: 2 km, for Russia – regional administrative maps measure 1 cm: 4 km. Those names which I found on these maps, I have identified italics [in square brackets I'm writing contemporary name]. Other names, I think, can be found using maps of larger measure (the benefit they are no longer secret).
Entries are grouped according to modern state borders (not the borders of 17 century!).

January 17 – 19, 1653 – Galaţi. Vastanakodzhu (Tecuci?).
January 22, 1653 – Bârlad. Vaslui. Skintey [Scânteia halfway from Vaslui to Iaşi].
January 25 – October 13, 1653 – they stayed in Iaşi. Here, our travelers have seen Timothy Khmelnytsky, endured the rebellion by Stephen Georgica and change of power in Moldova. Leaving from Iaşi, they drove through Skintey, Vaslui, Bârlad, Tecuci.
October 21 – November 22, 1653 – Focşani. Roman. Focşani.
November 22, 1653 – entered into Wallachia. Ramnicu [Râmnicu Sărat]. Buzău.
November 29, 1653 – May 31, 1654 – they stayed in Târgovişte. Here they again "lucky" – during their stay in the city died Wallachian gospodar Matthew Basarab (April 19, 1654). Next – st.Nicholas monastery. Filipeshti [here near two villages Filipestii de Targ and Filipestii de Padure]. Ploieşti. Buzău. Ramnicu. Focşani. Tecuci. Bârlad. Vaslui.
June 2 – 6, 1654 – Iaşi. Cecora [Ţuţora on the Prut River, south of the Ungeny]. Mydzhasht. Orheyiv [Orhey].
June 10, 1654 Saturday, they crossed the Ukrainian-Moldavian border in Rashkiv. Hence they had way to Putivl (80 big Ukrainian miles). Polish mile = 5 our small miles.

June 12, 1654 Mon 1.5 miles [15 km] to Haryachkivka [Kryzhopil district] 2 miles to Lyaskovsky. This weird Murkos construed as M'yaskivka (now Horodkivka Kryzhopil district). Has the demand for our travelers to deviate to the west, when they had to the east? I think the name is recorded here by mistake, and meant Kryzhopil that lies exactly midway between Haryachkivka and Zhabokrych. Therefore, such a distance: Haryachkivka – Kryzhopil – 2 miles [10 km]; Kryzhopil – Zhabokrych – 2 miles [10 km].
June 13, 1654 Tue 2 miles to Zhabokrych. 2 miles [18 km] – to Obodivka [Trostyanets district].
June 14, 1654 Wed – 1 Mile [11 km] to Balanivka [Bershad district]. 1 mile [11 km] to Sumivka [Bershad district]. Crossing Boh river. 2 miles [14 km] to Sobolevka [Teplyk district].
June 15, 1654 Thursday – less than 2 miles [8 km] to Mochulka. 1 mile [5 km] – Stepanivka. Vazhna. 1 mile [11 km] – Yaniv [Ivanov Teplyk district].
June 16, 1654 Fri – 1 mile [11 km] – Yavbaz (Obozivka?). Murkos assumed Obozivka with question mark, but it certainly – Yahubets Khristinovka district Cherkasy region. July 1 Sat – July 4, 1654 Tue (there is a contradiction in Paul's notes – Tuesday, July 3) – stay in St. Sophia monastery, where metropolitan S. Kosov lived. I think it's easier to make a mistake in number than in the day of the week, so I assume that they move to Podil occurred July 4.
July 4 Tue – July 10, 1654 Mon – stay in the city (at the Podil). July 9 (Sun) Makarius celebrated Mass in the Church of the Assumption (Pirogoscha).
July 10, 1654 Mon – left Kyiv, 2 hours sailing down the Dnieper, while put in to the left bank. 2 miles – Brovary [Kiev region].

July 16 (Sunday) they visited Gustynja monastery (1 long mile from the city [7 km]).
July 17, 1654 Mon – 1.5 miles [15 km] – Vil'shana [Ichnia district]. 1 mile [14 km] – Ivanytsia [Ichnia district].
July 18, 1654 Tue – 2.5 miles [20 km] – Kropyvne [Bakhmach district]. 3 miles [14 km] – Krasnyj [Krasnyj Koliadyn Talalaivka district].
July 19, 1654 Wed – 3 miles [26 km] – Korybutiv, last Ukrainian town [Karabutove Konotop district, Sumy region].
July 20, 1654 Thursday – 6 long miles [51 km] – Putivl [Sumy region]. In Putivl they crossed the Sejm, ie their pass lied on left bank the river. From Putivl to Moscow 700 versts, i. e. Turkish miles, or 140 large Cossack miles. Versta = 3000 cubits. (On the way back, Paul writes that from Moscow to Putivl 600 versts, much closer to reality – 555 km).

July 26, 1654 Wed – 10 versts – Sevsk [district center of Bryansk region]. (From Yemadykino to Sevsk Paul counted 90 versts, 78 km) – Another 30 versts, stopped in the forest.
July 27, 1654 Thu – Zakharovo [Komarychi district of the Bryansk region]. Crossing the river Nerusa. Gorodische. (On the map I saw village Gorodische 2 nd – Lokot district of the Bryansk region; maybe this is it, maybe uncharted Gorodische 1st). 30 versts – Zhanka (Chajky? – assumed Murkos) (Maybe Chayanka Lokot district? – N.Zh.)
July 28, 1654 Fri – 10 versts – river Navlya. Crossing it in the village Somovo [Shablykino district Orel region]. – 30 versts [30 km] – Karachev [district center of Bryansk region].
July 29, 1654 Sat – 60 versts, there were no villages at the road. They stopped at the Nuhra riverside.
July 30, 1654 Sun – 10 versts – Bolkhov [district center of Orel region]. (From Karachev to Bolkhov Paul counted 70 versts, 72 km).
July 31, 1654 Mon – 25 versts through the forest, then another 2 long miles, total 40 versts (in sum – 35 km) – Belev [district center of Tula region]. (From Bolkhov to Belev Paul counted 40 versts, 41 km). – Another 10 versts.
August 1, 1654 Tue – 20 versts through the forest – Lykhvyn [now town Chekalin Suvorov district Tula region]. (From Belev to Lykhvyn Paul counted 30 versts, 33 km). Then another 10 versts – crossing through Oka – another 5 versts, slept in the forest.
August 2, 1654 Wed – 25 versts, crossing through the Oka – Kaluga [regional center of Russia]. (From Lykhvyn to Kaluga Paul counted 40 versts, 48 km). From here to Moscow 180 versts [165 km]; the path from Antiochia in Moscow – 120 days of instant travelling.
August 4, 1654 Fri – 15 versts. Then returned to Kaluga, from here by the Oka river to Kolomna – 195 versts [215 km].
August 11, 1654 Fri – sailed down by Oka, 20 versts.
August 12, 1654 Sat – 35 versts, Aleksin [district center of Tula region]. (From Kaluga to Aleksin Paul counted 55 versts, 54 km). 5 versts – Boldarev Resurrection Monastery. A further 5 versts.

August 17, 1654 Thursday – arrived to Kolomna [district center, Moscow region.]. (From Kashira to Kolomna Paul recorded only 10..12 versts, 56 km, and here, therefore, one have assume a small gap. These gaps can be seen also as a discrepancy between the total distance from Kaluga to Kolomna in 195 versts and the sum of distances, that Paul counted as 105 versts). There was a pestilence in Moscow, so in Kolomna travellers had made a long delay.

The way by the river Msta was 17 versts long, which roughly correspond to the location of the village Bronnytsia Novgorod district. From the Valdai to Bronnytsia – 108 km. With some caution one can assume that our travellers make a transfer to the boats in Bronnytsia) continued on their way down the Msta river – 5 versts.
